An award winning HR Company has teamed up with a Suffolk business centre to provide a creative a series of events to help make HR easy.
Newtonhr is running quarterly Boardroom HR sessions in conjunction with Framlingham Technology Centre’s Business Club to help SME employers to access practical, expert HR advice and guidance in easily digestible chunks.
The series will cover the full employee life cycle from selection, retention, employee engagement, managing people and performance, conflict resolution, redundancy and dismissal and all things legal. It will be an opportunity for attendees to ask questions relevant to employment issues in their own business, share issues with other business owners and discuss prominent HR topics.
